Windhill Primary School Attendance Celebrations.

At Windhill Primary School, we have decided that the class with the overall highest percentage each week will win a non-uniform day on the following Friday. The children love the idea of this as it is extremely competitive (between children and staff).

As well as class winners, we also have individual winners for each week. A child who has been at school 100% of the week will get given a ticket. The tickets are drawn during a Friday morning attendance assembly. If your name is pulled out, you will play a game of ‘Beat the teacher’ or ‘Higher or Lower’. Two simple but fun card games!

At the end of each half term we have a large celebration assembly to reward the efforts of children who have been here 100% of the term and those who have been here 100% of the year.

100% of the term – small prize

100% of year so far – larger prize
